Immigration Law 101

Join New York attorney Lisa Eisenberg for Immigration 101 – the story of how people come to the United States. Ms. Eisenberg discusses most commonly used nonimmigrant (temporary) visas and different ways to obtain permanent residence in the U.S., with a focus on family-based and employment-based preferences.
